78 GMC VAN 350....IM at my wits end,I have been trying to get this van to start but it it floods as soon as the engine turns over a couple of times, i have done a complete tune-up and more, I even replaced the carburetor, rebuilt the dizzy and drain the fuel tank....also the fuel pump was replaced. Can anybody give me a clue to why it floods so fast, the only thing i havent replaced yet is the timing chain.
